The implosion of the late great ACLU

This is deeply tragic.

Implicit bias tests: mostly measurement error

Implicit bias tests are about 80% measurement error, according to this analysis. This is more evidence that such tools are no more predictive of prejudice than chance, and do not anticipate racial/sexist/etc prejudicial behavior any better than self-declared bias does.
